Learning Mindfulness One Breath At A Time...

Take 12:00 minutes to listen to this introduction to mindfulness practice from Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical Center.


Watch it once and then watch it again as if you were in the room, just follow his instructions and boom you'll have a deeper understanding and experience of mindfulness.


I took the 10 week mindfulness class taught by his team almost 20 years ago and found as I practiced more my mind quieted and the more my life came into balance.
