La start-up spécialisée dans la social TV est à l'origine d'une plateforme qui analyse les tweets liés aux émissions de télévision.

 

Twitter semble bien décidé à conserver sa position de leader dans le secteur de la social TV (lire l'article : "Qui de Facebook ou Twitter gagnera la bataille de la Social TV ?", du 05/12/13). Le réseau social vient d'acquérir la société française de mesure d'audience sur les réseaux sociaux Mesagraph. L'équipe de Mesagraph va intégrer celle de Twitter à Londres, annonce-t-elle dans un post de blog.

Passée par l'accélérateur "Le Camping", la start-up a travaillé en partenariat avec des groupes de télévision comme Canal +, France Télévisions, M6 et TF1, mais aussi avec Médiamétrie ou encore, dans le domaine du marketing, avec Microsoft et Mediabrands.....

Transmedia depends on engaging very primal psychologies--empathy, curiosity, the need for certainty and self-relevance--to get audience participation. The power is, as always, in the story. But the beauty of a transmedia strategy--compared to crossmedia--is that you don't have to tell the whole story at one time or in one medium, thus heightening the psychological response and increasing the motivation to explore and contribute. I love the Toshiba/Intel piece.

Facebook is becoming more search oriented with the announcement of the Facebook Graph (currently in Beta testing), and Google is becoming more socially oriented as Google+ begins to have more and more of an influence of individual search results.

 

Although Facebook is coming from the very “social” end of the things and Google is coming from the very “search” end of things, it is clear that both are coming closer and closer together in what looks like one common goal—creating something that dominates both search AND social.

Let's hope Google+ start allowing easier ways to curate to their platform. That would certainly help. If they did I would probably drop much of what I do with facebook. Facebook is too restricting both personally and for businesses. Reaching out on facebook will cause you difficulties with their policies.

"Nous l'avons lancé pour créer du lien et être présent auprès de nos clients sur les carrefours d'audience. C'est un outil qui a plusieurs facettes. Il va permettre de faire découvrir l'offre de Darty dans un contexte qui n'est pas forcément celui d'un d'achat", explique le dg de Darty.com. Un bon moyen également de créer un pont avec les clients de l'enseigne qui ont des questions sur le service, son exécution..." Nous avons beaucoup de projets autour de nouveaux services qu'ils soient multicanaux ou cross canaux... On verra à l'avenir les magasins beaucoup plus ouverts sur le Web et réciproquement. In this article, it is shown how people applies gaming-related concepts into their daily activities. Therefore, if we could apply the same concepts when it comes to businesses, plenty of improvement will be seen among the people. One of the example is Foursquare giving people achievements if they had logged into several places using Foursquare. If this concept is applied to the business people, there might had a chance they are motivated by the rewards that will be given if they done an excellent job.
