First is to understand who your target auidence is, there is the ability to directly know the auidence characteristics such as demographics, age, habits and behaviours. Second is to develop and know the key message points as to what is going to be communicated to people, third is to know where and when is best to communicate to the targeted audience. Writing the effective marketing and communication plan is the best way to create the opportunities of the best way to execute the marketing plan. And last is to identify tatics which is necessary.

The five steps start at the basics with identifying the target market, then identifying the key message points. Both of these are important for the third step which is to look at the opportunities within the target market then the next step is to write a plan after the found information from the research. The last step looks at identifying the tactics that can be used in the business that will help meet the objectives of the business.

All small businesses main goal is to be a successful business and earn a lot of money. These days, you can finally nearly most businesses on a social network site and if a business does not have a social network page/profile this can be a huge disservice for them.
