Microsoft revealed its Answer Desk support system on Wednesday, promising premium tech support 24/7.

The software maker launched AnswerDesk.com on Wednesday without any fan fair or promotion. The site appears to offer a 24/7 on demand service that helps end users connect to tech specialists. The naming is identical to Microsoft’s own in store Answer Desk service that works in a very similar way to Apple’s Genius Bar support system.
