Comparing xbox one to ps4 the ps4 is looking a lot more appealing as it is no set at a lot cheaper price and also allows you to trade games with friends and family. Xbox one isnt looking like its in a good position even before it has been released

I know its not microsoft but similar product sector. Just a useful video to see how the culture changed in google when Larry page took charge and wanted the culture to become more design based. Becoming a lot more innovative, and huge progress has been made. Seems to be working well.

Microsoft threat of entry little, computing business microsoft and Mac own almost all market share, operating systems unlickely new entry due to it being financially very expensive and gaming needs has xbox with PS3 and Wii filling every gamers needs.       Threats are as I mensioned above Apple being the main one.        Substitutes only struggle would be gaming as many are out there already and offer similar products.                Suppliers, large number of firms available so can buy in bulk (economies of scale) cheaper unit costs.          Buyer power low again as almost all laptops have microsoft on and gaming is a multi billion dollar industry and is enough profit made from these items to validate this point.

This is interesting shows alot about how they are losing a large amount of users each month on there browser 'internet explorer'. also they need to think of some strategy to compete with google as a search engine.

It also mensions how they have partnered with nokia on there phones to boost sales to try and reduce the gap with the iphone.

However there android is not really selling at all as its windows 7 software was not ment for touch screen which then really defies the point of the tablet.
