A 33-year-old woman has been charged with kidnapping, child abuse, false imprisonment of a child, grand theft and robbery and denied bond by a Miami-Dade judge after she reportedly stole a car with three children inside from a Miami mini-mart parking lot yesterday. The 34-year-old driver of the car stepped into the mini-mart while leaving the children in the car with the engine running. He was also taken into custody and charged with neglect and resisting an officer.
