This article contains a study done to prove that good management helps improves performance. Performance was measured in terms of productivity, profitability, growth and survival. The findings were that businesses who implemented management techniques improved relative productivity by 17%. I have seen that management is necessary because sometimes disorder can happen when there is no sense of control.
