I love Mexican food. And I am a diabetic. So making it healthy, yet yummy is key. But doable! Have had success finding and creating some great dishes. My kids even love preparing and eating these recipes.

Today, we were talking chones on Twitter. It started out with a conversation about Christmas traditions of all things, and before we knew it we were knee deep in chatter about undies.
