Excellent video, Karen. When it comes to marketing and differentiating your offers from all the other ones out there just like yours, the only thing that matters it your story. I coach my clients on building their story from the ground up, so their marketing messaging oozes with who they are, why they are doing what they are doing, and what compelling reasons they should do business with with them, versus all the others out there. 99.9% of small businesses don't pay enough attention to their story - and often hide behind the website or landing page, without making it personal. People buy from people, period.

Curt Einstein would put it:  Tell me what you did and how you did it from A to Z.  If they couldn't tell the story of how it happened, then they may have been the boss but they didn't do it.


Lee Thayer's:  The measure of performance is performance tells what one has done in order to do what needed doing to accomplish the required results.  It's about results, not activities.
