There are choirs springing up everywhere; 'Sing for Better Health' run by a Can Do Networks colleague, one for Carers, for Cancer and a Community Choir.  All have a common theme; bringing people together in a social environment, to socialise and sing their hearts out; which not only makes individuals smile and work in a team but also ups the positive hormone release within our bodies :-D  In addition to the evidence based positive impact on overall wellbeing and health; expanding lung capacity, increasing oxygen uptake and improving breathing whilst reducing isolation.  I love singing and started out in the school choir. Do you sing?
