Great points:

- wireless access increases likelyhood of engagement (gather, share and create)

- many teenagers regard technology as comforting

- growth of social media shows that people want to learn from each other

- but they also want to link to credible sources and science

- access via phone to best info at the right time

- the old 20/80 rule does not hold when you give people a phone and the opportunity to share, more start participating, giving us the chance to learn from each other

- mobile makes information personal, protable and participatory
