Phew!!! 51 rules!! And you are expected to mug them up, learn them or whatever and always remember to abide by them? Over-riding your habitual behavior which, in most cases, is exactly opposite to the rules?

 Well, IMHO, from my experience with my own life as a learning leader and 5000 other business leader there is only one rule. And that is ... watch your breath. Watch it while eating, sleeping, walking working, speaking, listening, driving, swimming or whatever you are doing. It may be difficult to start with to simultaneously be in action and also be watchful But, by and by you will get it. And the day you get it, you will find you are following all 51 rules naturally!!!
