Interesting idea, but why not develop professional development so that ALL math teachers can learn to teach in this manner. Why is it necessary to have people come in from the outside and then leave? Unless they are working with teachers at the same time. I would like to learn more about how this process is maintained over a long period of time.  I would prefer to see math specialist with this same methodology of teacher come in and work side-by-side with current teachers to change the culture of a school or district
