Jack Rudy's curator insight, December 17, 2013 4:28 PM

This link talks about different apps that students can use and play with that are math based. I feel that this would be a fun way to introduce technology and homework together. Obviously a struggle is having all student have access to technology to complete these activities but if you adjust this to include games online then that can build engagement and help students to not think of math as a boring activity that only happens in school. I feel that teachers need to stop giving homework to just give homework but really work to make it worth the students effort or something that would be fun for them to do.
