Pixar story artist Emma Coats has tweeted a series of “story basics” over the past month and a half — guidelines that she learned from her more senior colleagues on how to create appealing stories:

 

#1: You admire a character for trying more than for their successes.

 

#2: You gotta keep in mind what’s interesting to you as an audience, not what’s fun to do as a writer. They can be v. different.

 

#3: Trying for theme is important, but you won’t see what the story is actually about til you’re at the end of it. Now rewrite....

By differentiating instruction, we mean the planning and delivery of classroom instruction that considers the varied levels of readiness, learning needs, and interests of each student. Teachers can do this most effectively by using a range of technology tools to engage learners at varying levels of readiness in multiple ways and by offering students options for demonstrating their understanding and mastery of the material.

Adapter es una herramienta gratuita que puede hacer las tareas de varias aplicaciones diferentes. Sin necesidad de ningún tipo de registros y muy fácil de utilizar, arrastrar y soltar, es compatible con Windows y Mac.

 

Entre sus posibilidades destacan sus funciones como conversor de archivos multimedia, trabajando con ficheros de audio (m4a, mp3, ogg, mka, aac, ringtones para Android e iPhone), vídeo (avi, mov, flv, mp4, etc) e imagen (tiff, png, jpg, bmp, gif).

 

También nos permite descargar vídeos de YouTube, y otros servicios, además de realizar capturas de las imágenes de los vídeos. Todo ello bajo una bonita interfaz bastante cómoda de utilizar.
