Why Students Should Fear Grade Inflation - OnlineUniversities.com

Why Students Should Fear Grade Inflation - OnlineUniversities.com | Marquis' Top Ed Stories | Scoop.it
Dr. Justin Marquis's insight:

Why Students Should Fear Grade Inflation - When I was an undergraduate, I struggled for the first couple of years of my education to pull my GPA over 3.0 (that’s a "B") . That seemed fairly average 20 years ago, but I had to work hard for that grade. Times have changed quite a bit since then. The Final Score - Revisiting the College Scorecard - Online Universities.com | Marquis' Top Ed Stories | Scoop.it
Dr. Justin Marquis's insight:

Education Unbound Presents Using the College Scorecard - It is finally here. I had evaluated the early prototype of the Scorecard in February of 2012 with mixed findings. Now that it is released publicly, it seems fair to give it a more thorough test-drive and see if the poor reception that it has received thus far is warranted. To do this, I have decided to engage in a bit of role play based on the college search criteria that I established in my post "The Rise of the Edu-sumer."
