With this, there is no more need for a PSP and would make it easier to have the two in one and would ean better games on your phone. However considering that phones have low life spans as it is, how will this reduce battery life further?

I think this is amazing even though I don't play games. I would start playing games just to have this controller. Now when your out on a plane or a road trip and you want to play a game, you can use this. Everyone thats a game head should get this, its new level technology.

Russ provides a well rounded approach, which can apply to B2C as well:

"Today's B2B marketers find themselves confronting a rapidly shifting landscape.

The ever-increasing array of digital/social options means that if companies are to engage with their customers, employees, or competitors through social media, they must use a variety of multimedia platforms and provide eye-catching shareable content.

They have to make everything available on mobile. Big Data is not a "nice to have" but a "must have" for marketers to make informed decisions. And, of course, there's the adoption of agile marketing and learning how to respond to change instead of just following a marketing plan."

Grant shows how things have evolved over time, but the fundamentals remain the same.

Today, "Savvy marketers will still be the ones who understand and engage with their customers to deliver the right experience across channels, products, languages and devices. In particular, by following three basic activities and incorporating them with new media and additional data.

Insight: Using the full range of data on customers, their behavior and channel interactions to really understand their journey, what and when they buy, and the types of offers, messages and channels likely to be most effective.Orchestration: Managing inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, delivering a consistent omni-channel experience and continually refining to optimize results.Contextual personalization: Making sure every touch point is relevant, targeted and personalized for every customer."
