Skills needed in 2020 are on the minds of many.  This report captures the important intersection of sense-making, virtual collaboration, trust and advanced media, teaching/learning competencies required.

Colleges and University would benefit from thinking through their curricular offerings through the lens offered in this article and also challenge themselves to discover, design and create valid assessment methods that really measure these skills.

Exciting challenges for us in Higher Education.
