My thoughts

I feel like all 25 tips are going to help me run faster and fun for longer periods at a time. I can do 1 lap around the football field in 1 min 8 sec's, but i get tired, so my next lap might take me 2 in a half minutes. These steps help me stay on pace and not slow down every lap.
