   Of premier Roemer of premier Rutte nu in dat torentje belandt: het zal de financiële markten worst zijn. De baas zijn ze toch wel. Op de achtergrond klinkt ondertussen een schijndebat. Meer of minder Europa?

   Alsof de macht in Brussel zit. Europa is probleem noch oplossing: de financiële sector is alleenheerser zonder hoofdkwartier. Ze regeert overal en zetelt nergens. Een staatsgreep in drie stappen.
