Stress enters the life for many reasons. By making simple changes daily it can help to eliminate the stressers of day to day life. Take slow deep breaths inorder to calm yourself and stay more focused. Eat health and dont overeat becuase this will cause your brain to get tired from trying to break down all this food and by eating the right amount it can actually increase your brain activity and inturn help you to reduce the stress. By doing these simple things daily you can have a much happi9er and health life while beening virtually stress free.
The connection between food and stress may be stronger than you think.
The diseases most commonly attributed to food—heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, depression, inflammation and obesity start the list—are without exception stress-related diseases. “Stress eating” is commonly understood to mean “eating during times of emotional stress.” But what if the food we eat contains a chemical echo of the stressful experience it recently suffered? In that case, we might be putting stress on a plate and calling it lunch.
Food writers and activists such as Michael Pollan, Alice Waters and others have drawn attention to the many harmful aspects of modern food production. Industrial cultivation and distribution put extreme stress on plants and animals that we eat. It seems that the stresses placed on food ingredients are coming back to us full circle in a perverse rendition of “you are what you eat.”... http://ediblesiliconvalley.com/2013-articles/is-stress-edible/
March 28, 2013 New York Times SOARING BEE DEATHS IN 2012 SOUND ALARM ON PESTICIDES
A mysterious malady that has been killing honeybees en masse for several years appears to have expanded drastically in the last year, wiping out 40 percent or even 50 percent of the hives needed to pollinate many of the nation’s fruits and vegetables.
A conclusive explanation so far has escaped scientists studying the ailment, colony collapse disorder, since it first surfaced around 2005. But beekeepers and some researchers say there is growing evidence that a powerful new class of pesticides known as neonicotinoids, incorporated into the plants themselves, could be an important factor.
The European Union has proposed to ban the use of neonicotinoids on crops frequented by bees. Some researchers have concluded that neonicotinoids caused extensive die-offs in Germany and France.

Andrew S's insight:
By living a stressful life you can miss out on the important things. By taking a few minutes each day to become one with nature you can eliminate stress and continue to enjoy the life you where given. This makes sense becuase when we all where children we didnt have a care in the world. ALthough you may argue that it is because we didnt understand life i beg to differ. Children enjoyed each day at a time enjoying the great out doors and taking life for what it is. By doing this as an adult life will become better and more stress free.
