Il faut conjuguer l'art de savoir s'entourer et de faire confiance aux compétences de ceux que l'on a choisi. Jamais l'expression "il y en a 100 comme vous qui attendent à la porte" n'a été aussi erroné qu'aujourd'hui. Chaque collaborateur est unique.
