Stephen Michael Borel's insight:

Leadership in my opinion is a virtue. I'm a strong believer in the idea that just because you have an education that does not mean you can be successful. I believe that in order to achieve success in anything you must have leadership qualities otherwise your skills are nearly useless, unless you use your knowledge to assist someone else who already has those leadership qualities instilled in them. I dont blame universities for looking for leadership qualities in applicants but I also believe that Universities in the US first and foremost are money hungry more than anything in this capitalist society.
