This flyer is an ad handed over to students at the end of the day at faculties  or at places where young people would be present proposing them an evening with alcohol competitions. We can then imagine that behind this evening of competitions the 1st prize is $100 that a sponsor around " beer " presents as partner, being able to propose rather low prices, allowing the organization of the title of champion of the beer drinkers, and that the fact that some money is proposed as 1st prize pushes young people to the consumption to win this title

Giving away alcohol can be very expensive, so to offer free drinks you will most likely need to get the party sponsored by liquor or beer companies.

This document allows us to understand how the evening organizers manage to propose one or several free drinks during their events. They explain that it is too expensive to distribute some alcohol free of charge, it will then be necessary to find partners around alcoholic drinks so it's sponsored and they can propose drinks at discounted prices, they will propose for example entries of night clubs with a free drink. This encourages consumption.
