I've been making my meals on the weekends for awhile and it really helps.  What I also find helpful is making my lunch for the next day as I get done with dinner.  I'm full at the time that I am making it so I don't overload it.  I found when I did it in the morning, that I would be so hungry, that I'd pack too much for my lunch.  I definitely want to incorporate #8  and 9 though.  I SOOO need this!
