Live events are where the money is at for major artist. Live events are at an uprise and major artist are well aware. Technology will be evolving for live shows, P!nks lighting designer introduced digiLED for better visuals during her world tour. I believe artist are utilizing live shows to demonstrate creativity and draw in more fan base.

NEW YORK--The spending power of the growing U.S. Latino population has not been lost on wireless operators--particularly T-Mobile US, which last night kicked off its new multi-year partnership with Shakira, the Grammy-winning singer from South America, by hosting a free concert in New York City's Bryant Park.

Yesterday my friend recieved a text message from T-Mobile promoting shakira's new album. T-Mobile is known for spending a good amount of money on well-known artist and actors. At this moment I can only imagine how much money shakira will be making from live perfomances-not even from album sales. And the money T-Mobile will be bringing with fan base.
