Bei vielen Lehrkräften sind Checklisten und Kompetenzraster Thema, wenn es um kompetenzorientierten und individualisierten Unterricht geht. Beim näheren Hinsehen fällt auf, dass diese Listen häufig von jeder Lehrkraft für sich erstellt werden und dass eine gewisse Unsicherheit bzw. Beliebigkeit herrscht, wie sie auszufüllen sind. Beispielsweise beginnen die Einträge der Listen wahlweise mit “Ich habe …” oder “Ich kann …”. Eine klare Trennung und sprachliche Abgrenzung mag für Lehrkräfte, die hier ihre ersten Schritte wagen, zunächst nicht so bedeutsam zu sein. Später zeigt sich, wenn mehrere Lehrkräfte eng im Team zusammenarbeiten wollen und innerhalb der Schule und darüber hinaus kooperiert werden soll, wird schnell klar, dass eine klare sprachliche Abgrenzung wichtig wird. In dem folgenden Infoblatt (verfügbar im Downloadbereich) wird eine Abgrenzung und Schärfung der Begriffe Checkliste und Liste zur Kompetenzerfassung vorgelegt und begründet, warum Einträge mit “Ich habe …” oder “Ich kann …” beginnen und wer sie in welcher Rolle warum formuliert.
