Curate Your Personal Clips Into a Shareable Video Mashup with Ptch

Robin Good: Ptch is a new free iOS app that allows you to "curate" your favorite pics and clips from your own library and social stream into an audio-video mashup that you can share with anyone.

From Mashable: "Ptchis an app for iPhones and iPads that lets users combine photos and video clips into a one-minute or less “Ptch” that can be shared instantly.

Users can add styles and music to a Ptch, and friends can “reptch” or edit videos by adding their own media.

Launched in July, Ptch takes the concept of Instagram to another level by letting users mash their media together with tone and expression. The app is designed to capture users’ experiences in real-time, and also let friends mix in media of their own experiences.

...

Creating a Ptch is simple – select your favorite photos and video clips, choose a style (original, matte, epic, soho, vivid, fillmore, kane or kaskade) to make your Ptch more powerful and then pick a song from the app’s music list. Users can also create titles for their photos.

Once the Ptch is done, press play and share it on your stream or with friends via email, Facebook and Twitter. You can also make your Ptches private if you don’t want to share them."
