Ceylon Finance Today: 'Indian weddings' is a key market that the tourist industry is pursuing. Jetwing Group Chairman Hiran Cooray speaking at a function in Colombo yesterday said that over 500 people attend Indian weddings and it lasts for three days. "We are looking into various new markets to promote tourism in the island. Another sector that I believe would flourish in the near future is cruise ship tourism," he said.
