Loyiso - In the past few months, it has been evident that there has been a lot of dissatisfifaction in the labour market between employers and employees. However, after the events surrounding the Lonmin mine and farm strikes and how they were handled, trade unions and employees have directed their anger and frustration towards the ANC.

Makungu- The youth subsidy bill is said to be in place by next January. this bill states that companies and sectors must make the youth first preference when it comes to employment. As this bill has been pushed by ANC does this mean that the youth might see this as an incentive to vote for the ANC?

Elections are the order of businessn for most political parties. And as per usual ANC is at the forefront of it all. One of the things that the party's Provincial chairperson Senzo Mchunu was expressin the great need for the community to be involved in the combat of crime "The ANC is determined to intensifying the fight against crime. We are making a call for the ANC branches and general members of society to participate in crime prevention campaigns, to establish the community safety forums and strengthen the fight to the reduce crime in general." Sounds a like something we've heard before...
