In six out of ten participants, LDN was significantly better than placebo at reducing fibromyalgia symptoms. LDN reduced daily pain, the highest level of pain, fatigue, and stress. Other symptoms, such as sleep problems, gastrointestinal complaints, and headaches, also seemed to be helped.
