This article is good to read if you are trying to buy a house, because it makes you think about what is really important, as in, energy efficient over new paint. It also is important to know about this study if you are buying a house that you plan on selling later. While reading this, it occurred to me that while you are living in the house, you might want to make to improvements that make it more energy efficient, saving you money on utilities while you are living there and spreading out the costs of upgrading when it’s time to sell the property later.

I think that this article was very helpful for people that are starting to buy the big items, like houses and cars, where you need to have credit scores checked before the retailers will sell to you. Knowing that several credit checks can make you look less appealing to sellers is important, as narrowing down the retailers you have check your credit is an easy fix. The article also gives you several options on how to avoid many credit checks showing up on your report.
