I tell this to all the people that come in saying they thought they'd TRY a gluten free diet to see if it helps them. They tilt there head and look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them, " please see your doctor and get tested FIRST!" I give them the lecture of how it can actually harm them if they don't need to be gluten free. Other restaurants (you know who they are) are trying to profit on the trend. Some don't even know about cross Contamination issues or how small of an amount of gluten can make those of us with an issue sick.
