The beauty of mindfulness is that you can use it anytime, anywhere. Here are a few suggestions for how to make it part of your run -- or your walk.

 

You may want to print this short article and keep it handy to remind yourself next time you lace up your shoes (maybe roll it up and put it in one of your shoes so you can't miss seeing it).
