In order for real change to occur, one needs to work constantly beyond the gloss, beyond the rhetoric, beyond the shining exterior. Agendas of change need to begin within the participants for there to be any positive effect.

Creativity cannot be divorced from the real needs of real people.
My creativity comes in the form of using my unique contribution to serve those around me whose lives I can touch. Or it may be in supporting those who can touch the lives of others that I cannot reach. How do I help share my love of humanity.
The Kalama Sutra shares in closing:
However, after thorough observation, investigation, analysis and reflection, when you find that anything agrees with reason and your experience, and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, and of the world at large; accept only that as true, and shape your life in accordance with it; and live up to it.
These words, the Buddha went on to say, must be applied to his own teachings.

La Escuela Obligatoria Destruye a la Ciencia
We’re in the midst of a bionic revolution, yet most of us don’t know it. One of the definitions of sanity is the ability to tell real from unreal.
Robotics, Cyborgs, Augmented Reality, Synthetic Biology, Artificial Intelligence, and human enhancement technologies are only some of the fields, which are changing the ‘situation’ to which we need construct a new model of reality.
The world to which we were accustomed and through which we ‘made sense’ and constructed awareness to is no longer.
We may not realize the immediate implications of these technologies, but make no mistake, as soon as sense extensions become a widespread phenomena (and we believe that is soon) our Situational awareness will change accordingly and the theory of mind we each construct and carry will be altered irrevocably.
I find this hitting far too close to home based on some personal observations. I wonder how many other people have noticed similar events.
