"...¿por qué los que innovamos tenemos que hacerlo de forma clandestina?; ¿por qué somos a los que se les vigila y se les castiga?; ¿por qué somos los que tenemos que escondernos y volvernos invisibles?; ¿por qué tenemos que soportar como “normal” el desprecio de nuestros compañeros, la ira de nuestros superiores, las burlas del resto de nuestras comunidades? ¿Por qué tenemos que cerrar la puerta de nuestras aulas, hacer la pantomima del “mirlo blanco” y mentir al inspector, al director y a veces hasta a los padres de nuestros alumnos para poder llevar a cabo aquello en lo que no solo creemos, sino aquello que ya está sucediendo en otros países y que está demostrado que funciona?...."

Michael Fullan y Katelyn Donnelly han escrito un interesante informe en torno a una guía de acciones concretas y relacionadas con la tecnología que permitirá a los directivos, gerentes y educadores, tomar decisiones mas acertadas en torno al contexto tecnológico del aprendizaje. Este informe identifica las brechas persistentes en la actividad de innovación y aspectos a los que hay que prestar una especial atención si queremos finalmente hacer realidad la “promesa” de la tecnología para transformar el aprendizaje. Los autores argumentan que debemos buscar innovaciones digitales que produzcan al menos dos veces el resultado de aprendizaje por la mitad del coste que con las herramientas actuales. Para lograr esto, tres fuerzas deben unirse. Una de ellas es la tecnología, la otra la pedagogía , y la tercera es el cambio de paradigma , o la forma de asegurar la transformación a través de un sistema escolar considerado globalmente. El núcleo del informe es el desarrollo de un índice que reúne estos tres elementos juntos, y que nos permite evaluar sistemáticamente las innovaciones digitales.

"The researchers found that their CNN system achieved 93% success in object recognition, and 76% on grasp recognition. This ended up with a 83% success rate for manipulation actions by the robots, although they admit the robot did get confused about how to handle the tofu." :excerpt

Es curioso ( y sintomático) que, mientras que personas como Tim Berners-Lee, Kevin Kelly,  Philippe Modard, etc., llevan hablando ya hace algún tiempo de la web 3.0, nosotros (me refiero a España y América Latina que conozco mejor) estemos aferrándonos a una docencia bajo un entorno 2.0… si es que llegamos.
 Os presento a continuación con la evolución de las formas de trabajo, a nivel educativo, desde el año 95 (web 1.0) hasta la actualidad (web 2.0) y cuál es la tendencia hacia el futuro (recogida de un modelo más anglosajón, pero a mi juicio extrapolable) con una web 3.0.
