For blue eyes, use purple eyeliner to accent your eye color. For eyeshadow, your best option would be to pair the colors pink and brown together.

For smaller eyes, create an elongated effect by drawing a line from the center of the upper lashline to the outer rim. Next, line the outer third corner of your lower lashline. Connect the tip to the line on your upper lashes.

Step1: Choose your smokey eye makeup palette.<br>Step2: Apply liquid foundation w/makeup brush.<br>Step3: Apply the darkest shade on the eyelid and shade around the edges.<br>Step4: Use a lighter shade complementary to the dark shade in the palette to highlight the crease and blend w/ the eyelid.<br>Step5: Apply a neutral tone to the upper crease to transition into the brow bone.<br>Step6: Highlight the brow bone w/ a frosty, shimmery eyeshadow.<br>Step7: Add more dark shadow to the lid. Use a blending brush over the eyelid.<br>Step7: Apply a shimmer eyeliner to the lower lash line.<br>Step8: Use black eyeliner to line the water line of the eye.<br>Step9: Apply black eyeliner to the upper lash line to your desired thickness.<br>Step10: Apply mascara. (False eyelash application optional)<br>Step11: Apply a powder foundation to seal the liquid foundation in place.<br>Step12: Apply bronzer w/ a contour brush to the cheek bone and bridge of the nose.<br>Step13: Highlight the bronzer w/ blush. <br>Now you have your finished look.
