I had to acknowledge Pratchett.  My son Michael introduced me to Disc World and I am so happy he did.  Pratchett was a genius, social commenter and great humorist.  Read any of his books, you will not be sorry you spent an afternoon in allegorical world that Pratchett invented.

I went to this yesterday. Incredibly moving. Creates a strong visual sense of loss And the red of the ceramic poppies against the bright green grass .. reminded me of my first visit to The Tower to see where Ann Boleyn had been executed and many others besides ., the grass seemed rich from the blood that had poured upon it .. human fertiliser .. sobering thought

I don't know how much more information helps in our constant battle to tame the beast of Social Media, but this info graphic was very interesting and I wanted to share.  Sometimes I don't do anything at all about social media.  In fact, we realized that after taking three photos of our granddaughter Christmas morning - we took zero photos for the rest of the day - too busy experiencing the real thing!

This prediction is bang on target. There is no running away from social media. It is not an option anymore. The future  is where the technology is and it is going to integrate right into your life. There would hardly be a difference between social media and real life. 

The face of education will change in this new world. It will diminish the boundaries and people from all parts of the world will come together and make learning fun .
