A lot of my friends give me a rough time because I tend to date younger women. I don't do it out of necessity, but because I like to separate my personal lives. Each world has a distinct atmosphere and way of life, and mixing them can only lead to disaster.


I have a small group of close friends that live within two miles of me. One girl decided to date four guys from the group (including myself) from eighth grade to junior year. We secretly refer to her as the neighborhood tricycle

When I was a kid my parents would take us to church every Sunday. The pastor would drone on about a story I didn’t know from a book I couldn’t name, and I tried to play along. I said my prayers; I sang the hymns. The only thing I was missing was a response to show that I wasn't just talking to myself.
I try to make sense of it sometime.  Why are we here? Who put us here? There are two major schools of thought on the subject. The evolutionists try to map out every intricate detail of our existence while creationists bask in the simplicity of the phrase "God did it."

Just a Little Something: Book Review: The Crucible | Life Blogging | Scoop.it

Being an athletic high school junior with a job, I rarely every get to read during my free time anymore. However, my English class picked up the play The Crucible, and I actually really liked it. At least a lot more than anything else we've read in that class.


The Crucible was written by Arthur Miller in 1953 about the Salem witch trials of Massachusetts that were held in the late 1600's. The play parallels Joseph McCarthy's communist witch hunt going on in America at the time
