Alert! Danger! "Joining a CHORUS, Publishers Offer the OSTP a Proactive, Modern, and Cost-Saving Public Access Solution". In fact, they have designed a way to corrupt Green Open Access into saving their business models at the researcher's (universities', funders', taxpayers') expense.
