An example of a school board expecting an aide to deliver a reading program and provide "non-certified" instruction. What does that really mean? Bravo to the parents who tried to stop this action in their school district. Employ an aide and a certified teacher librarian to deliver a quality education and library service to the whole school community and stop using limited funds as the reason for why you need to cut back on this important component of the modern learning environment of every child.
