Connor Brown's curator insight, October 14, 9:04 PM

I learned that a new world class swimming facility for events like international competitions will be opening in Toronto, Canada at the University of Toronto. This facility will have not only pools but also weight rooms, yoga classes, and a Sport Performance Kitchen. I found the portion of the article about the coaching involved at the center very interesting. Multiple world class coaches, such as Ben Titley, have produced world class swimmers and this facility will only increase that productivity. I selected this article because I am interested in facility management and this is a massive, world class facility. This information will help me in the sport management industry because I better see what goes on behind the scenes for sports like swimming. There is tons of money and training that goes on to create what we see during events like the Olympics.
