Did you know that 71% of all workers in the US are disengaged?

 

While many diversity efforts are providing visual evidence of success, the number of disengaged employees in the workplace remains at a very high level.

 

Why is this?

 

Because we have a lot of work to do in the area of Inclusion!

 

This week we are joined by Karin Hurt, an expert in the area of employee engagement and author of the award winning blog Let’s Grow Leaders.
