Wow! This article has a ton of links for educational cartooning.  My students used a cartooning site (not listed in this article) and loved it, but it was only a trial run and I couldn't afford to purchase it. Cartooning is a great way to pique student interest in the hesitant young writer.

FEE - per class or school. Has been beneficial for my students to practice online testing, and is individualized on each students' strengths and weaknesses. In addition to testing students, Moby Max provides online instruction to aid students in mastering standards they have not yet mastered. It is a wonderful extension and remediation tool.
