The use of blue orange is a common overworked color approach and large dose's of red can just set one back.

This peice is not one of those overworked peices,
this artist presents a playfull subject matter with the balance of texture,a lovely range of red/orange's that compliment versus compete for our attention of this humorous presentation. Please forgive lack of French however it is on my list of things to learn.
i can presume the text is some ironic play on the subject matter.

That said my Hats off to this artist
