We are going to see research in the next 3-5 years coming in about the beneficts and challenges of MOOC's. Interesting to me are the business models. Great marketing tool for those who have a current base of clients.

El uso del vídeo está arrasando en la actualidad. Los vídeos en la Red son cada vez más populares y su explotación didáctica nos ofrece infinidad de posibilidades en todas la áreas: explicaciones complementarias, grabación de experiencias y proyectos, actividades para trabajar la expresión oral, videotutoriales para explicar el funcionamiento de un programa o herramienta… Pero si además, a la inmediatez de la imagen le añadimos el apoyo del texto, conseguiremos que nuestros vídeos tengan mayor alcance y eficacia. Lo primero que se nos viene a la cabeza al hablar de subtítulos es su utilidad para traducir el mensaje a diferentes lenguas, sin embargo el subtitulado es un añadido que debemos considerar en otras muchas ocasiones por variadas razones, entre las que destaca la de dar una mayor difusión a nuestros vídeos poniéndolos a disposición de personas con dificultades en el procesamiento del lenguaje.
