A demonstration using paint brushes on the iPad displays the enormous potential for the art classroom.  This happens to be short YouTube piece of a fellow painting a glass of beer but you'll get the point...

 

This particular brush (Sensu) is on sale through Amazon for approximately $40.00.  There is another model that is less expensive.
