Drayven Thomas's comment, April 10, 2013 11:47 PM
The article focused on a comparison between walking and running. It stated that while running burns calories faster, walking, with a little more effort, can produce the same effect.Walking is already a major part of my lifestyle, this proves that it does not need to be replaced by jogging. Walking can be a healthy incorporation to my exercise plan.
