I read that too, Jeff Atwood's post. It was particularly silly in context i.e. saying that Mayor Bloomberg of NYC need not learn how to code. I'm guessing that Michael Bloomberg was writing code as part of developing "The Bloomberg" (20+ years ago) that still sits on nearly every trading desk today! I like CodingHorror, but that was not his finest moment.
