Education is constantly changing. While I have a problem with the fact that the century is over a decade old and we are still discussing the 21st century in education as if it were newly hatched, we do need to continually reframe the way we teach and expect learners to learn.

A fun set of Applications (Many Free) for Project Based Teaching and Learning. The contemporary classroom can be rather different than what we were used to

I can attest to these tools. Of the ones I have not used, I would like to work with reeldirector (https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/reeldirector/id334366844) the most.  I used to recommend Animoto, but now I realize that it is way too automatic and takes agency away from the learner and puts it into the app designer's hands.  Not maker friendly. #maker

Confessions of a lurker on the cusp.  Why does lurking continue to have such malingering overtones?  CLMOOC is a place for lurkers to step into a different role, an active one.  Or keep lurking. We are very glad Heather has de-lurked and joined in the fun.  The water's fine.
