Daniel Tan's insight:

If yourn institution is planning an institutional change, it would be in for a rough ride! Here's what some do - not only to complete and survive, but to grow and prosper! Change is inevitable - the question is what comes out at the other end of the oven.


If you don't plan for change, you plan to hang. There are such too many bodies swinging, still suspended in uncertainty, with feet still not toiuching the ground!
